Tim Ryan Properties, LLC, is a private closely held real estate development and holding company located in Poulsno, WA.  We specialize in high end medical office and clinic space  as well as selected commercial mixed use properties. We work with our affiliate company, Tim Ryan Construction, in the design, development and construction of our portfolio properties. Our focus is on the long term and we build our properties to the highest standards of quality, efficiency and tenant convenience.

As a closely held company we are able to be innovative and work quickly while adhereing to sound business practices and principles. Tim Ryan has been in business in the Seattle area for over 50 years and has been building and developing on the Kitsap Peninsula since 1973.
